Oh my god I'm going to fail my pest control final, or alternately get an incomplete because I've been found hiding under my bed surrounded by flashcards, rocking back and forth and chanting C-Mac is pink and black to myself over and over.

And right after that is geology, which I haven't even looked at to start worrying about. I've been trying to study! On and off. It's just that it took a lot longer than I expected after my thesis for my system to start producing adrenaline again, and without that jolt of terror very little gets done.

On the plus side, at least I made it to church this morning. And brought my laptop to study during coffee hour.

This is why I need to keep screencaps on harddrive so that I can deploy them in times of stress. Next time I have finals, there will be picspam. Nothing soothes the harried undergrad like picspam.

Pfffft. You'll pass. You're smart. The angst is just a rite of passage.

But then, my brain is fever-ridden. What would I know?

And that's a cute lil' bug, that C-Mac.

Thanks. I feel much better (slash done with the hysterics) now. Mr. C-Mac was correctly identified, along with four of his cousins (http://www.uky.edu/Ag/Entomology/entfacts/fldcrops/ef105.htm), and my professor actually praised me for taking bites off the plant samples (kind of a long story).

Are you still sick? I'm sorry!

Ladybugs are coooool.

Glad you're feeling better about it all!

I'm on the mend, now. No lasting harm :-)
