One last kvetch/appeal for advice.
New shoes overcorrect, make my knees hurt. Everyone who does shoe fittings always tries to make me stop walking on the outsides of my feet, but the fact is that I can walk like that for miles with no pain, and walking for ten minutes in shoes designed to force my feet forward means I have to stop twice in horrible discomfort. But barefoot doesn't work either, because I have problems if I don't have any arch support. Does anyone have any advice?
For now it's back to the hideously embarrassing sneakers with holes in them that are broken down enough that I can walk in them comfortably. Boo. This sucks.
