Bleargh, yes, anti-terror laws sure are a good excuse to shove some people around. (I am not sure whether they prevent actual terror but I do try to give them the benefit of the doubt). All the events in John's little activist resume are real, but post 9-11 in the U.S. it's fairly likely he'd still be in jail from one of them. (If he worked to get himself arrested, and if he didn't fight the charge, etc, but still.) Computer-seizing is going a lot farther than that, though. ::heads over to de.indymedia::
