Oooh, this was really interesting -- I know that when I encouraged you to write this AU (yes, blame the friends list! *g*), my expectations didn't come anywhere near the final result, and that's because you've managed to take this could-easily-be-another-cracky-AU idea and managed to do so much with it. I love the feeling of solidarity (yay, team!!) and the hope that remains even with everything standing in their way. Very powerful. :)
