For more OT3 fic, honorh has given you some terrific recommendations above. Adalia Zandra, over on Teaspoon, has written some OT3, at least one including Nine, which is all subtext but the love is so very present. I really, really recommend Triangles (http://www.whofic.com/viewstory.php?sid=13147). If you're okay with Ten/Rose/Jack, then Sense (http://www.whofic.com/viewstory.php?sid=14300) is one of the best OT3 hurt/comfort fics I've read. Also look for Saganami Dreams on Teaspoon; she's primarily Jack/Rose, but the Doctor's never far behind. For something a bit more complex, and which left me breathless, Suture (http://www.whofic.com/viewstory.php?sid=8531), by Fahye.
