The worst is when a stray frame appears in the video where IT WASN'T BEFORE. Gargh! It especially does that in WMM if you try saving the movie in a different size or format. Then you have to go in & cut them out, and that sometimes messes up timing, so you have to then fix that.

Curse you, stray frames! *shakes fist*
