My initial reaction: One thing: the best commentary I ever saw on an episode of Star Trek: Enterprise (the one with Nazi space aliens) was a remark the following day from Warren Ellis to the effect that they could have simply replaced the entire 45 min. episode with a placard that said "Fuck you for watching. Regards, The Mgmt." So...that is kind of where I am right now?

And now, I have moved on where I can be all "yes there were lots of things I liked". But? Rose getting Faux!Doctor as a consolation prize? Not cool. (Also, he's part Donna. I feel like we have to invent some special new category of genderfuck just to cover that relationship. Like, I don't even have a label.)

I am consigning the last 10 minutes of that ep to the special hell where bad canon goes because I can't deal with it.
