I keep mental track of which ones I use the least and then every couple of months I delete a few and replace them with brand new ones. I mean, I've kept a couple since the very beginning, like my firefly one. To find the icons I just keep an eye out and occasionally check places like noldo_icons and jillicons and such. idk. Also, if you ask real nice, chibimuse will probably make you one. She's made me six or seven over the last year.
