I am a little north of you in that place with the basketball. We are not Southern southern, but my aunts say "dunnuh" for "dinner", so I think it counts.
I am a terrible commenter. Delurking was my new year's resolution, and I keep telling myself that any praise is good praise, but I know what you mean as far as the dorktastic. I have been known to sit for fifteen minutes thinking over the feedback I'm leaving and end up typing "that was good i enjoyed it". But I make myself hit 'submit' after that now. :-)
