Ingredients:

1 onion
1 box frozen spinach
Creaming ingredient: so far I've tried: 1/2 an 8-oz container of mediterreanean-style (strained) yogurt or 2/3 of a cup coconut milk.
1 tbsp green curry past
1 to 2 tablespoons butter or oil

You need a knife, a cutting board, and a deep-ish skillet or pan with a cover.

1) Slice onions into... slices. Yep. Slices!
2) Heat butter over low-medium heat. Add the onion. Stir, then cover, then stir some more. When onion is getting a little limp, add the curry paste. Stir it around a minute or two. You might need to open a window.
3) Unwrap the cube of frozen spinach and plop it down in the middle of the pan. Cover. Stir it around every few minutes to make sure nothing's burning.
4) When the spinach is not just melted but evenly heated,
a) add the coconut milk if you're using it, and let simmer 5-10 more minutes
b) take the pot off the stove and stir in the yogurt when the spinach has cooled to "pleasantly warm".

This is spicy.
