as of episode 4, I'm trying to avoid getting sucked into the Brian/Michael because I'm guessing that Brian is way too emotionally unavailable (/a jackass) for that ever to happen. I predict I'll have a veritable rash of OTPs in about three more episodes because with the exception of Brian I just want everyone to be happy dammit. Probably not a good starting point for watching a soap opera.
As far as SGA and bickering, I actually liked McKay/Zelenka rather more than McKay/Sheppard, because the bickering is 100% geek/geek and also partially in Czech, and also Zelenka is adorable. But I have sort of bowed beneath the weight of McShep fanon, because it is just so well-written.
