I used to genuinely enjoy cooking before I got chronic fatigue, but now I just don't have the energy.
Given that I'm a gluten free vegetarian who should also avoid tomato and citrus, trying to get a good diet without being able to cook is difficult.
I end up eating the same prepared foods until I snap and go "I can NEVER eat that again" and move on to the next thing.
Tommorrow I'm getting some bags of prechopped cabbage: I'm hoping that adding olive oil and balsamic vinegar to it will be a) tasty and b) not too much effort because I need more veges in my life, especially since I reached the point of "I can NEVER eat that again" with pumpkin soup.
