I need code names for my works in progress, since I'm superstitious about telling everybody what they're about before they're finished. Hm.

I think I will go with Space Pirates and also Swamp Monsters. These names have very little to do with the actual stories.

Space Pirates: started October 30th: at 7708 words (I think this one will come in around 14,000)

Swamp Monster: started... a long time ago. No work in November yet, because I'm waiting on some research, but I'm going to start on it this week. For reals.

Rows knitted on the Risen Mittens: 44 yesterday.

I firmly support stories with such excellent code names! (I'm, uh, kind of easy like that.) Short of naming something "Made of Awesome" or "Now with bonus kittens!", those could not sound more fantastic.
