I like Who, but if they keep pulling this Pining for the Menz nonsense, I might actually began to disembark for the recently more fertile shores of Torchwood. Also, as an enduring Doctor/Rose shipper who thought Nine/Rose/Jack was the best thing to ever happen to my television? I feel like letting jealous nonsense into canon kind of cheapens my ship. Two hearts = enough to go around. Plus, plz to not be killing all the femslash potential by making it a competition?

Someone somewhere must have written an AU where Martha, like, takes poor aimless Rose under her wing and mentors her. Or, you know, "mentors" her ::facepalm:: but, like, Rose could have gotten a job at the hospital after her department store blew up. Martha could have encouraged her to take some Open University courses or something? Rose might be interested in nursing! Rose goes home and writes in her pink diary how she's not sure the beautiful doctor will ever like her back. ROMANCE BLOSSOMS.

I need to at least go looking for Martha/Rose fic. It will get me through the season. And possibly get over my block about writing British lesbians (two worlds yet unknown to me) and slash for great justice.

Anyway, I like the look of Donna, but would prefer she keeps the pining under control, possibly.
