So sick. SO. SICK.
It's actually kind a relief, because I would have hated for the blech of several days earlier to be just, you know, life, and not the presentiment of viral invasion. And I started with echinachea before I got sick! So that should knock a day or two off. My goal is to be well by tonight, actually, because I have a cross-state bus trip at 6.
Eep, actually.
Still, I am mostly just enjoying having a job where if I am sick I can call in sick instead of having to scramble for someone to cover me and then not get paid and not make rent. This is one of the few times (besides when I write my student loan check every month) that I'm actively grateful that I'm not waiting tables like a normal college graduate.
SO, POLL:
I should finish Panthalassa Part II, because of Art and because there's an entire plot line missing, even though I've already been jossed so hard (it has after all been a YEAR) that it would also be sensible to delete it and never speak of this again.
But. I have been bashing my head against this thing for a very. long. time. and I think I'm out of energy. (
phnelt has been cheerleading, again, for a very long time. It is definitely not the fault of my betas that I am flagging.)

stop reading lj comments and work on your article.
All of the teenagers in Sunnydale are freakishly good-looking.
Sunnydale is on the Hellmouth. Teenagers are already mostly allied with the forces of evil. THEREFORE: the Hellmouth makes your hair shiny and your complexion clear up! All you have to do is be a certain level of low-grade obnoxious. THUS, once Dawn moves away from the Hellmouth she will get less whiny and her nails will start to chip!
This explains why the Scoobies were always running across junk from expeditions looking for the fountain of youth, btw. It actually does kind of work that way!

If you do the internet will reward you with les Mis slash, or something. I swear. Your comments are already the music of a people who really want their space opera, omg.
