It has been pointed out that I need to explicitly state here that I didn't hate the movie. I rather liked it! Yes, this is a twist ending on that, isn't it?

So tonight in tech-support chat with the gerbal it came up that I am vidding with 261 mb of ram.

Apparently other people don't do this.

gerbal is laughing at me, kuwdora's response was "Oh honey ...", and phnelt is trying to convince me of the Value of Letting Go.

They still sell IBM t40 ram, is the happy ending to this story. Apparently I need to scrape together some change and upgrade, because, I love this computer.
