I will say this in the personal-anecdote sense so as not to give unsolicited medical advice: it took a really long time for someone to tell me that light-sensitive headaches centered directly above my eyes that made me queasy were probably migraines, not sinus headaches, and might respond to triptan drugs.
I am just saying this because for a long time I had no idea how wonderful it would be to stop wanting to vomit from pain thirty minutes after taking a generic medication. And now I know! It is wonderful.
