Velvet Goldmine: awesomest movie in the history of the universe?
a) yes.
b) YES.
I have not seen this movie in almost a year, and yes, it is awesome.
(Also my workday kicked ass, so \o/ across the board)
If I was insanely ambitious about vidding and could also invent footage when needed, do you know what I would do?
I would assign every song from the Velvet Goldmine soundtrack to a TW/DW character or pairing. And then I would vid the entire album.
I got the wrong file with the first one: Jack's theme is Hot One. Tell me that isn't exactly the right song for him. Unfortunately, getting the mp3 is distressingly difficult.
Owen? (Owen/Jack?) In ironic, evil ways!
Rose, family, ensemble! (or possibly Tosh/Tentacle Lady. Or both!)
The Doctor through Emo!Jack lenses! Alternately, Jack/Jack. Lyrics, since copyright law sucks.
Oo. I'm thinking Ianto! But seriously. P.S. This song, and its scene from the movie (I'm not even going to try to youtube it because context is everything) are possibly my favorite things ever.
