Today I made what I am calling raviolis even though they're cubes of salmon with a miso-lemongrass-ginger paste wrapped in thin sheets of butternut squash and baked. I.e. the kind of cooking you do when you don't so much need to cook as want an excuse to do a craft while watching Archer and then eat said craft.

I also bought a donut pan because I was going to make everything bagels, and that failed spectacularly but I have made all-nut-flour apple pie donuts. I keep claiming that I am using up the nut flour I bought for Christmas, but that is not true, I have bought more nut flour. It's really fun to bake with, is the thing, and then everything tastes like nuts.
