You know, one of the primary pleasures of looking at Katherine Heigl - and there are many - is watching that woman eat. I would call her jawline delicate, except that when she is chewing her cheeks puff up like she is squirreling away toast for future emergencies. It is painfully endearing.
Actually, 'painfully endearing' would describe the whole movie. It turns out that the hero was Cyclops from the X-men movies, but I totally thought was the guy from Smallville for the first half-hour. I tolerated him pretty well, for a romcom hero - oh, look, it's a cynical, half-groomed manchild who will teach the uptight heroine how to enjoy life more by being a stalky jerk! It may be the strength of the acting that the characters actually seemed to have fun together at points, enough for me to forgive them for being Romcom Girl and Romcom Guy. It also seems worth noting that the dresses are, as promised, completely hideous, though they do not manage to be unflattering to Ms. Heigl. Basically, delicious, eminently-watchable fluff, and I enjoyed it a lot.
The credits were exceedingly well-formatted. I just want to note.

The Indian dress at least bordered on cute! Also, gone with the wind weddings WHAT.
